We all need a little reminder now and then that it’s okay to step away from the grind, let our hair down, and have a little fun. If you (like many others) feel too stressed to fit exercise into your routine — you should reconsider. The good news is, getting moving can help you manage stress! Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, or exploring local areas benefit the mind and body.
This is why we decided not to spare the friend group – we increased the stakes and sent the teams on a hardcore physical fitness test. They needed to come to this challenge armed with endurance, stamina, strength, balance, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and accuracy.
For this challenge, the teams headed to the Valley of Ceres for a night of endurance that consisted of a multisport challenge made up of a 7km cycle down a steep mountain pass followed by a 7km run back up.
Just like Mahindra, the teams accepted the challenge and made sure to fight tooth and nail. We saw the boys rise to the challenge during the downward cycle. Running up proved to be a challenge but girls were resilient in their pursuit to prove their capabilities. In the end, Mark and Chantal clenched victory for the blue team!
At the heart of the XUV700, Mahindra has fitted a 2.0 mStallion turbo-petrol engine, delivering exhilarating performance, 149 kW at 5000 rpm and class-leading torque of 380 Nm available in full from 1 750 rpm that brings a rush like never before. This engine provides refined motoring and linear power delivery.
Taking a break from work can help you be more productive while increasing your overall well-being. Whether it’s because you’re stressed or simply want to spend more time with family and friends. The Mahindra XUV700 was designed to let you explore active living in such a way that empowers you to break away from the hustle and bustle of urban life and play hard…okay, okay play harder.
